Welcome to Sinaloa Factory, where we specialize in authentic and delicious seafood dishes inspired by the beautiful City of Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico. Our restaurant arrived in Canada in April 2020 to share the flavors and authenticity of Sinaloa's cuisine with all our visitors.

Our team of chefs and cooks were trained to prepare dishes authentically, using only quality ingredients directly from Sinaloa. With the passion and commitment of our team, each dish is 100% original and faithful to the Sinaloan culinary tradition.

Sushi Sinaloense in Toronto
Experience a unique culinary adventure by trying our famous Sinaloan-style Mexican sushi at Sinaloa Factory in Toronto. We are the first restaurant in Canada to offer the renowned SUSHI SINALOENSE, a fusion of typical Sinaloa ingredients and Japanese sushi technique. Our “Culichi” chefs have created a perfect blend of fresh and exotic flavors, using seafood, meat, vegetables, and tropical fruits.

You'll find a wide variety of Sinaloan sushi rolls on our menu, such as the famous “Norteño” roll, stuffed with beef, bacon, cream cheese, and avocado, or the creative “Sushi 'ngada madre!" roll, covered with mozzarella cheese and nuts, and stuffed with chicken, bacon, shrimp, and plantain, in a mirror of our house Sinaloa-style mole. All our dishes are made with fresh and high-quality ingredients, some of which are directly imported from Sinaloa.

Our restaurant is run by a family of "culichis" who left Sinaloa in search of a better life, but never forgot the taste of home. We use only the freshest ingredients sourced from Sinaloa to ensure that our dishes have that 100% "culichi" flavor.
At Sinaloa Factory, we are passionate about sharing the rich culinary and cultural heritage of Sinaloa with Canadians. From our trained staff to our cozy atmosphere, we strive to create a unique and authentic experience for all our patrons. for Food & Hospitality
At Sinaloa Factory, we are proud of our journey, fueled by our passion for cooking. We arrived in Canada in search of better opportunities and worked hard in various jobs that helped shape us as entrepreneurs. Our love for culinary arts led us to establish Sinaloa Factory, a family-run restaurant serving traditional Sinaloan cuisine in Canada. Despite the pandemic in March 2020, we set goals to open our first restaurant in Woodbridge, Ontario, which we achieved in May of the same year.

With dedication and hard work, we opened our second branch in Toronto in April 2022, expanding our brand nationally. Our commitment is to serve authentic Sinaloan dishes made with fresh ingredients that embody the culture, flavors, and music of Sinaloa.
